German Aids Federation

30 years ago, an HIV infection was usually fatal. Today, AIDS can be prevented by medication. Nevertheless, more than 1000 people are infected with AIDS in Germany every year. The German Aids Federation wants to change that: From 2020 onwards, no one in Germany should have to fall ill with AIDS anymore! They already have all means necessary to achieve this: HIV drugs and an efficient health system as well as testing and counselling services.

The NEMIUS Group supports the German Aids Federation in order to be able to jointly pursue the goal of fighting HIV and educating people.

The aim of the German Animal Welfare Association is to ensure that every animal can can live a life appropriate to its species. Be it in private households, in agriculture, in research and wherever people have contact with animals. We want animals to be protected in their natural habitats. For us, animal, nature and species protection are inseparably linked. Here you can find out everything you need to know about pets, animals in agriculture, animal experiments, wild animals, animal welfare abroad and how animals are protected by law.

As animals also play a vital role in the health industry, we are committed to protect the rights of every living creature and do our bit.

FV-Uffenheim

Exercise and sport are part of a healthy lifestyle, which we want to support and promote. The regional football club, which also has table tennis teams, was founded in 1962 and is an integral part of community life. It gives young people the chance to enjoy a leisure activity and build healthy team and social skills. The adult teams benefit from the social aspect as well. Therefore, we are supporting this club, so it can fulfil its tasks in the future.

Rescue Dog Team District of Biberach

The rescue dog team was founded on 7 September 2018 as a non-profit association after almost 1.5 years of preparation. The founding members identified gaps in the area of human and animal rescue in the district of Biberach that were not covered by other aid organisations. Then, they decided to close precisely these gaps through the rescue dog team in cooperation with the BRH. The focus is on mantrailing and area search as well as the support of authorities and municipalities.

Developmed.Aid

Under the slogan "Small effort, big effect", the association DEVELOPmed.aid was founded by students in Wiesbaden in 2010 to help children in need. However, the association is not only intended to help children and provide them with urgently needed medical treatment, but also to show that young people want to change something in the world. The project partner in Burkina Faso is the Association managré nooma pour la protection des orphelins (AMPO). Today, more than 50 people are involved with the association and the affiliated university group. The association has already been able to provide medical treatment for almost 1000 children.
